Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty
At 123 Glass Company, we stand behind our craftsmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. If a problem comes from how we installed the glass, we will make it right.
We don’t hide behind fine print—if we find an issue caused by our workmanship, we fix it.
Request warranty service if you believe there is a problem with work we performed.
Installation Craftsmanship Warranty
Our lifetime craftsmanship warranty applies to any auto glass we install—including windshields, door glass, vent glass, quarter glass, and back glass—while the vehicle remains in your name. This warranty is focused on our installation work, not future damage or wear and tear.
This warranty covers installation-related issues such as:
- Water leaks around the glass
- Wind noise caused by the installation
- Loose, lifted, or misaligned molding and trim
- Glass movement or rattling caused by improper fitment
If you notice any of these issues after a replacement, contact us and we will inspect and correct our workmanship at no charge.

Rock Chip Repair Policy & Warranty
A repairable rock chip is generally any chip that fits within the diameter of a quarter. Larger chips or small cracks may sometimes be attempted, but no guarantees or warranties apply to those repairs.
The primary purpose of a rock chip repair is to help stop the damage from spreading further. Cosmetic improvement is a bonus—results vary from chip to chip. Some chips look much better after repair, some only slightly better, and in some cases there may be little or no visible change.
During the repair process, rare cases of further cracking can occur because of stresses already in the glass. These stresses are outside of our control. If a chip cracks out during the repair, you will not be charged for that repair.
Lifetime Rock Chip Warranty (Standard-Size Chips)
Our standard-size chip repairs (quarter-size or smaller) qualify for lifetime coverage while you own the vehicle:
- If a qualifying repaired chip spreads after the repair, we will apply the cost of that repair toward a windshield replacement performed by us.
- If we are unable to obtain the correct replacement part, we will refund the original rock chip repair cost instead of applying a credit.
- The original receipt is required for any rock chip warranty credit or refund.
- This rock chip warranty applies only while the vehicle is in your name.
For more details about rock chip and crack repair options, see our Services page.
Small Crack Repairs
In some cases, we may attempt small crack repairs at our discretion when they are not in the driver’s primary line of sight and conditions are safe to proceed.
There is no warranty on small crack repairs. We will always explain that:
- The crack will remain visible after the repair.
- Cosmetic results vary and may be minor.
- The goal is to seal and stabilize the damage, not to make it disappear.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
Our warranty is a craftsmanship warranty. It does not cover damage or conditions outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- New damage from rocks, road debris, accidents, vandalism, or impact after our work is completed
- Rust, corrosion, or prior body damage in the glass bonding area that affects fitment or causes future leaks
- Window regulators, motors, switches, or door mechanisms that fail due to age, wear, or broken glass wedged in the tracks
- Minor optical distortion, reflections, or characteristics inherent to OEM or aftermarket glass from the manufacturer
- Glass or parts supplied by the customer or third parties outside our normal vendors; these items are installed “as-is” and are not covered by this warranty
- Damage related to off-road use, commercial abuse, or improper use of the vehicle
- Any work performed on or altered around the glass by another shop after our installation
We will not install new glass over active rust. Rust in the bonding area must be properly repaired by us or a qualified body shop before installation to ensure a safe bond.
This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.
Warranty coverage on repairs and replacements applies only while you own the vehicle and it remains in your name. If the vehicle is sold or transferred, warranty coverage ends.
ADAS Calibration Responsibility
Some vehicles require advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) to be calibrated after glass replacement to ensure cameras and sensors function correctly. 123 Glass Company does not perform ADAS calibration. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle’s ADAS systems are calibrated by a qualified provider after glass replacement, as recommended by the manufacturer.
