WARRANTY/SAFETY INFORMATION

General Information

Many auto glass companies perform quality windshield repair and replacement. Unfortunately, there are also some auto glass shops that do not. At 123 Glass Company all of our auto glass technicians are trained and certified through the NGA (National Glass Association).

Did you know the windshield of your automobile is a safety device, like air bags and safety belts? Besides the obvious role of protecting occupants from the elements and debris, a properly installed windshield can help save your life, and the lives of your passengers, by ensuring you are not thrown from the vehicle in a collision. Windshields and auto glass also are a vital part of a vehicles structural strength and safety systems and play a critical role in front passenger airbag deployment on many cars. And, the windshield (and rear window) helps support the roof of the vehicle in a rollover. A good technician must be familiar with the specifications for hundreds of automobile and truck models, and understand the correct replacement glass installation techniques for each. The wrong adhesive, or the right adhesive applied incorrectly, can leave a windshield vulnerable to the elements, the stress of high speed driving, and the sudden impacts of collision and airbag deployment.

Feel secure in knowing that at 123 Glass Company, all the materials we use meet or exceed  all pertinent Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards for auto glass replacement and repair.

123 Glass Company hires only highly trained and accredited personnel to ensure your safety and satisfaction are our main priorities. 123 Glass Company offers a lifetime warranty on all our glass replacement service’s. This warranty covers against any craftsmanship or leakage issues for as long as you own or lease the vehicle.

Automotive windshields, back glasses, and quarter glasses are all installed using a urethane adhesive and proper aftercare is needed for 48 hours after installation.
