About 123 Glass Company – Safety-Focused Auto Glass in Omaha

123 Glass Company opened in Omaha in 2007 with one commitment: every auto glass repair and windshield replacement is done the right way — clean preparation, correct materials, and no shortcuts.

Windshield installation is structural safety work, and that standard guides every decision we make.

Experience, Training, and Standards

Why the details matter, and the standards we follow on every job.

Early in my career, I learned how much the details matter. I completed NGA installer certification, where I was trained that automotive glass contributes to occupant containment, supports proper airbag deployment, and plays a structural role in roof strength. That foundation shaped the way work is performed at 123 Glass Company today.

When customers call 123 Glass Company, they speak with someone who understands the full installation process — from materials and bonding chemistry to vehicle design and safety-critical procedures.

DuPont Automotive Fixed Glass Installation Training and BETASEAL™ Adhesive System

The adhesive system matters because it is what bonds the windshield to the vehicle for safety.

We are trained and certified in the DuPont Automotive BETASEAL™ system, a complete, manufacturer-defined process using BETASEAL™ Xpress30 urethane, BETAPRIME™ 5504G primer, BETACLEAN™ GC-800 cleaner, and BETACLEAN™ Easy-Go scrubs.

This training emphasizes structural performance: disciplined surface preparation, proper primer application, controlled bead placement, and adherence to documented procedures on every job.

For windshield installations, we use BETASEAL™ Xpress30, which provides a documented 30-minute Safe Drive-Away Time (SDAT) down to 0°F when applied correctly. This supports safe, reliable installations year-round in Omaha’s climate while maintaining efficient turnaround times.

Installations are performed in a controlled shop environment whenever possible to support consistent preparation, proper curing conditions, and repeatable long-term performance.

Our Auto Glass Installation Process

A consistent process built around safety, correct materials, and clean results.

Every vehicle follows the same disciplined installation process designed for durability and occupant safety.

This process is followed on every job — whether it’s a full windshield replacement or a targeted repair.

Typical Service Times

Windshield replacement
Approximately 90 minutes total, including Safe Drive-Away Time, for vehicles not requiring ADAS calibration.
Door & quarter glass

Back glass
Service time varies by vehicle design.

ADAS, Cameras, and Modern Vehicle Systems

Calibration requirements are verified so safety systems work correctly after replacement.

Many newer vehicles use ADAS systems — such as automatic braking and lane-keep assist — that may require calibration after windshield replacement. When calibration applies, we verify requirements first and explain the correct procedure so the system operates as intended.

We offer dynamic ADAS calibration for many vehicles. If a vehicle requires a different calibration method, we explain the proper next steps so the system is handled according to manufacturer specifications.

What Customers Value

The standards we hold ourselves to on every repair and replacement.

Customers value clear explanations, honest recommendations, and work rooted in technical understanding. Each job is completed carefully, inspected before release, and delivered clean so the vehicle is safe, looks right, and leaves no unanswered questions.

We stand behind our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. If an installation-related issue arises, we address it. This warranty reflects the standards we follow on every job and our commitment to doing the work correctly.
